Our Products
What materials are Sálo Kids tableware made from?
We use ceramic and 304 stainless steel for durability and safety, paired with food-grade soft silicone suction bases to help prevent throws and spills.
All materials are low-toxic, BPA-free, plastic-free, and built to last.
Please note that due to the ceramic molding process, the underside of the plates is left unglazed. Minor natural imperfections may occur; however, all items are thoroughly quality-checked and do not impact functionality or use.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes! Every piece is carefully designed to be safe, reliable, and made with care for little ones.
Will the tableware help prevent messes?
Our silicone suction sleeves keep plates in place, making mealtime 'less' messy and more fun.
Can these products go in the dishwasher?
Yes, they are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended for best results) and easy to clean. We also recommend handwashing.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes! We mainly ship Australia-wide, and have recently added New Zealand as an international option.
Please note that any import fees/taxes in the recipient's country is not covered by Sálo.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $12.00 AUD
Express shipping is $15.00 AUD
All orders over $100 enjoy free shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
From Dispatch:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on your location and time of the year.
Sometimes unforeseen delays out of our control can happen, but we will ensure to keep you updated along the way.

Yes! Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow every little delivery adventure.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, to make sure your little ones get the perfect Sálo piece.
