Exchanges
You can exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s a different product, size, or colour, we’ll guide you through the simple exchange process.
How to Exchange
Contact us at hello@salokids.com.au with your order details. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Once we receive it, we’ll send out your replacement item as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
